All purchases, enrollments, and bookings made through Spiritual Healing Codes™ are subject to the following refund terms.

1. Digital Courses & Recorded Programs

All digital products, including recorded courses, online programs, downloadable materials, and energetic transmissions, are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Due to the intangible and experiential nature of these offerings, absence of perceived results, sensations, or experiences does not constitute grounds for refund.

If a genuine technical issue prevents access to purchased content, reasonable assistance will be provided to resolve the issue.

2. Live Workshops & Sessions

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.

Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of registration may be eligible for a full refund, provided the scheduled workshop date is at least 15 days away.

Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the workshop may be eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds are available once the workshop is within 15 days of commencement.

If a workshop or session is cancelled by the organizer, participants may choose either:

• A full refund, or

• Adjustment toward a future program.

3. Physical Products (Handmade Herbal Products)

Refunds or replacements are considered only if a product is received damaged or defective.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with clear proof (such as images or video).

As our products are handmade and natural, variations in texture, color, fragrance, shape, or appearance are inherent characteristics of handcrafted items. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refund or replacement.

Refunds are not provided for personal preference, natural variation, or change of mind.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days through the original method of payment.
